12-Hour Hockey Challenge

The Sûreté du Québec has been supporting Maison des greffés Lina Cyr for many years. This year, the Sûreté du Québec of the Brome-Missisquoi RCM has chosen to sponsor Maison des greffés Lina Cyr through their 12-Hour Hockey Challenge.
This charitable and sporting event gives you the opportunity to play a game against officers from the Sûreté du Québec for about one hour in exchange for a minimum contribution of $500.
Whether with colleagues, friends, or family, the 12-Hour Hockey Challenge is designed for you!
When? : Saturday, May 2, 2026 — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Where? : Aréna Pavillon des Sports Roland Désourdy, Cowansville
If you aren’t able to participate, you can still make a donation to support the mission of Maison des greffés Lina Cyr. For every donation of $250 or more, your logo will be featured on a poster displayed at the event.
Every donation directly supports the housing, support, and respite of families coming from all over Quebec and Canada.
Thank you for teaming up with us!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team of hockey players and police officers from the Sûreté du Québec, as well as to Genevière Racine, Joël Desruisseaux, and Francis Goupil for supporting our mission through the organization of this unifying event—especially during the playoff season!
We also extend our thanks to the Mayor of Cowansville, Ms. Sylvie Beauregard, pictured here in both photos with Ms. Micheline Cyr Asselin, Executive Director of Maison des greffés Lina Cyr.
Thank you to all donors, sponsors, and volunteers—everyone who contributed, directly or indirectly, to the success of this event. Every donation has a direct impact on sustaining our services.
