What is the Maison des greffés Lina Cyr Bike Challenge?
Our Bike Challenge celebrates its 20th edition this year! This sporting and charitable event brings together cyclists from across Quebec each year around a common goal: to ride 300 km in two days, or 150 km in one day, alone or in a team.
More than just a sporting challenge, the Bike Challenge aims to raise awareness of the importance of organ and tissue donation, while raising essential funds to support La Maison des greffés Lina Cyr.
Join us to ride with heart and make a real difference.

Ride for a transplant recipient
Give even deeper meaning to your participation by choosing to represent a transplant recipient from the Lina Cyr Transplant Center. This unique partnership allows you to raise awareness among your friends and family about the importance of organ and tissue donation by sharing the inspiring journey of a transplant recipient.
When registering, simply select this option to be paired with a transplant recipient.
In return, the transplant recipient will commit to supporting your fundraising for the Bike Challenge by mobilizing their network and community, thereby contributing half of your campaign goal.
This human and supportive partnership creates strong bonds and a true community between cyclists and transplant recipients—a rewarding experience for all!

Some memories from our 2025 edition
Last year, 90 cyclists participated in the challenge, raising
210 000 $ for the Maison des greffés Lina Cyr.
