How to participate?

A draw will take place on the last friday of every month. Tickets will be on sale throughout the registration period directly on our website.
It will also be possible to purchase tickets on-site at the Maison des greffés if you are staying with us.
The more participants there are, the bigger the prize amount… and the more you contribute to this vital cause.

*10% of the funds raised are allocated to administrative costs.

Rules and Operation of the 50/50 Draw

Eligibility :

– Participation is reserved exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over who are physically located in the province of Quebec at the time of ticket purchase.

– Type of Draw: Monthly 50/50 random draw

The number of tickets is unlimited and they are randomly numbered. All individual ticket numbers corresponding to purchases are simultaneously collected for the electronic draw of the winning number using a random number generator.

Ticket prices: 3 for $5 / 8 for $10 / 30 for $20 / 100 for $50 / 250 for $100 / 500 for $200

Tickets will be available for sale starting November 28, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. and will end on Friday, November 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.

– Tickets may be purchased in person at La Maison des greffés Lina Cyr (at reception or the office) between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and online anytime via the Cell5050 platform.

Each ticket is valid only for the corresponding monthly draw and is non-transferable.

– Participants purchasing in person will receive a printed ticket showing their assigned numbers, or may receive it by email. Those purchasing online must keep the page listing the numbers associated with their purchased ticket packages.

– The draw will take place on the last Friday of each month at 1:00 p.m. via the Cell5050 platform.

– The scheduled draw dates are: December 26, 2025; January 30, 2026; February 27, 2026; March 27, 2026; April 24, 2026; May 29, 2026; June 26, 2026; July 31, 2026; August 28, 2026; September 25, 2026; October 30, 2026; November 27, 2026.

The prize will be awarded by random draw, and the winner will receive 45% of the total funds collected during the month (50% minus a 5% administrative fee).

– The total value of prizes to be awarded will depend on the gross ticket sales revenue.

Draw and Winner Communication:

The winning number and prize amount will be announced on the website (maisondesgreffes.com) following the draw, and will also be displayed on the designated screens.

– The winner will be contacted by phone for verification and must provide a copy of their printed ticket to the organization and arrange to claim their prize with the responsible representative.

The winner must complete a declaration and release form before taking possession of the prize.

The prize will be paid by cheque, either handed out in person at La Maison des greffés Lina Cyr or sent by mail.

The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions.

Only the holder of the winning ticket may claim the prize.

The ticket holder has 20 days from the draw date to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 20 days, another draw will be held for the same month.

In the event that the posted number and the official winning number differ, the official number prevails.

The prize amount represents 45% of the total funds raised and announced. If the posted prize amount and actual funds raised differ, the latter prevails.

– La Maison des greffés Lina Cyr assumes no responsibility for any person claiming an interest or right to the prize, in whole or in part, associated with the winning ticket.

– Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.

Tickets are subject to verification by the draw organizers. Any fraudulent ticket will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a prize.

Other general conditions :

No official tax receipt will be issued for raffle ticket purchases, as per the Canada Revenue Agency.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. All purchased tickets and their associated draw numbers are non-refundable, even in the case of buyer error in ticket quantity selection.

– If the integrity of a draw is compromised in any way, the organization will notify the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (RACJ) and consult with them on how to proceed.

– This draw program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
All decisions made by the organizers are final and binding.

– By participating in the draw, winners authorize the organizers and their representatives to print, publish, or use their name, image, and biographical information for any purpose related to the organization and its activities, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes, without financial compensation.
